Do you want to discover new roles in the smart and sustainable management of resources as part of your training? As a worldwide player in water and waste, we offer numerous internships and work experience contracts all over the world.

Supporting interns and young people on work experience programmes is a priority for us

We improve the employability of young people in the environment sector. In order to facilitate their integration and to help them to discover the different careers, we meet about a hundred people every year for a day. It is an opportunity to discover our activities by visiting a site (recycling center, desalination plant, drinking water station, etc.), to attend conferences and to meet our representatives.

Do you want to start your career with professional experience abroad? We offer around 40 volunteers for international experience (VIE) missions each year in the resources management field.

These missions, lasting between six and 24 months, take place in many countries around the world.

The VIE missions at SUEZ include technical, engineering and support positions (finance, business development, sustainable development, sales, HR, etc.).

The Graduate Leaders’ Programme (GLP) is a strategic initiative in Southeast Asia designed to identify, develop, and accelerate high-potential early-career talent into future leaders within SUEZ.

This programme offers you a structured development journey, combining hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and targeted learning interventions. Through job rotations, mentorship, and project assignments, you will gain a holistic understanding of our businesses while developing essential leadership capabilities such as strategic thinking, resilience, and stakeholder management.
